Backhoe for Sale Woodlawn Utility District is taking sealed bids on a New Holland Backhoe. There is a price reserve. The backhoe is located at 2172 Woodlawn Road, Woodlawn Tennessee 37191. The transmission has just been rebuilt. Sealed bids should be turned in to the Woodlawn Utility District office, (2172 Woodlawn Road) before 10:00 AM, January 31st. Good afternoon. A valve will be replaced on Lylewood Road at 10:00 am tomorrow, October 19, 2022. This interruption of service will impact the Needmore area and all the way to the county line. 10/10/2022 10:32 AM Early this morning there was a leak reported on Dotsonville Road. Currently, our technicians are working diligently to try and make the repair as quickly as possible. Between the Wooten Road area and the Martin Road area, customers will be impacted by either low pressure or no water during this time. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.

04/12/2022 1:00PM We apologize for the inconvenience, but the water service will be turned off due to construction at the bridge on Dotsonville Road. If you wish to make a payment after 5:00 pm on the 20th, you may place your payment in the office drop box before 7:30 am on the date of termination by cash, check, or money order. Please note that if you make a cash payment in dropbox, the Woodlawn Utility District is not responsible for the receipt of payment. Please enclose all payments in a sealed envelope with either your account number, name, or address written on the envelope.
07/13/2021 – 8:30 a.m. Woodlawn Utility District will be repairing a leak in the 3000 & 4000 block of Lylewood Rd this morning. When work begins, it is expected to take approximately 2 hours. Residents may experience service outages and low pressure during this time.
As of the billing due on May 10, 2021, you will find an additional fee of $1.30 for residential, $5.00 for commercial, or $10.00 for multiunit commercial added to your bill for the Servline Leak Protection Program. If you do not want to participate in this program you will need to call 931-538-1660 to decline this service. Please note that the Woodlawn Utility District will no longer be adjusting billing for leaks that occurred after April 30, 2021.
04/19/2021 1:15pm Water service will be disrupted for residents on Chester Harris while a repair is being made in the area.
Please note that the minimum billing amount of usage has been reduced to 0 to 1000 gallons for $23.29 before taxes. After the first 1000 gallons, the rate is $11.50 per thousand. Effective Bill Date 02/25/2021.

Starting March 2021, if you have an account through our website to pay or view your bill, you will receive an email notification when bills are ready. The usage for minimum billing is now 0 – 1,000 gallons.
2/18/21 – 3:00 p.m. Due to repair work on a broken water main on Dotsonville Rd, service may be affected for residents from the bridge to the end of Dotsonville near the Community Center. It is not known how long the repair will take. We will post updates here as we have them.

On 09/28/2020 a leak was identified in the Moore Hollow area, which could affect other areas as well. Repair is anticipated to take about 4 hours. We will post updates here as they are made available to us.
8:56 A.M. Update – the leak has been isolated. Service should be restored to the majority of the residents who have been affected. There will be a few residents on John Taylor whose service will remain off while the repair is fixed. Your water may appear milky or have inconsistent flow. This is due to air in the lines. If you run your water for a brief period of time it should dissipate.
We are currently experiencing a widespread outage. The servicemen are actively searching for the cause. We will update as soon as we have more information. Thank you for your patience.

LEAK-02/18/2020 Please be advised. We are currently working on a repair to the line on John Taylor Road. Residents in this area may experience low pressure or loss of service.
Please be advised that the Woodlawn Road/Old Dover Road area will be experiencing a temporary outage and/or low pressure due to the repair of a water leak in the area. The water will be shut down around 3:45pm and may be off for 3 to 4 hours.
Currently, we are repairing a leak. This leak is impacting the Dover Road/Oakwood area. We are working diligently to restore service in this area.
In observance of Veteran’s Day, we will be closed on Monday, November 11th. Customers will have until the end of the day Tuesday November 12th to make their payment without the late fee.
Please be advised, there has been a waterline break on Poplar Springs Road. This break will impact the water in the Poplar Springs area. The repair will take at least three hours if not longer. Thank you for your patience and we are working as diligently as possible to fix the situation. .
